DRV2624: integrated RAM

Hi Yaita-san, 

I assumed that the RAM would initialize with all zeros, but I did some testing and did not find that. the RAM will initialize with what seems to be random data.

Let me answer your questions

1) The state of the RAM after power up will not be all zeros it will be random data

2) the RAM will be reset when NRST is asserted LOW. the data will not be all zeros, it will be the same random data seen after power up

3) If you want to have all 0's in the ram you can simply write 0's to all ram addresses. Each time the RAM Data register is written it will automatically increment the ram address. you can write 0x00 to 0xff 1000 times to fill the 1kB of ram,

the RAM data can be written to all zeros by performing a multibyte write of one thousand 0x00 bytes to the RAM_DATA register address 0xff.
