MCT8329A: The GUI is installed on the win8 system and cannot be started

Dear Sir，

          After MCT8329A_GUI installation, click running and there is no response. 

Do u have any comments? Thanks!

    Hi Joe,

    Thanks for posting to the BLDC Motor Drives E2E forum.

    • Could you please make sure to run the installer with Administrative permission?
    • If it still doesn't work, please try navigating to the following directory, C:\Users\<your_username>\guicomposer\runtime\gcruntime.v11\MCT8329A_GUI\
      Then run the launcher.exe
    • Also, have you tried running the MCT8329A_GUI directly in the web browser (Chrome or Firefox)? You should be prompted to install a browser extension and a standalone TI Cloud Agent installer (also run this installer as Administrator)

    Run the GUI on Win10 of another couputer by TI cloud, it's OK!  Thanks!
