Hi team,
The output of PWM wave phase C is not normal. As shown in the figure below, the output frequency is twice than expected. Phase AB can output normally.
The three-phase PWM input signal has been checked and is good. And the problem persists after replacing the chip.
Could you help check this case? Thanks.
