DRV8889-Q1: SPI communication procedure

Hello Expert,

I'd like to confirm about SPI communication procedure of this device.

As far as my understanding for this device, we need to toggle CS(nSCS) pin at each 16bit to communicate with it.
If we haven't toggled it, we cannot communicate it correctly after first 16 bit.

Then, I'd like to confirm following points.

  1. Is above understanding correct?
  2. If 1.'s answer is yes, is there any way to continue communication with out toggling CS?
