I need help with the inquiry below:
My team is using a 20V brushless motor from a Dewalt drill (DCD709C2). As this is a component of a drill, we do not know the exact specs of the motor. We have tested it and approximated the torque constant to be about 0.0265 Nm/A.
When we set up the motor with the GUI, we follow all the steps in the set-up guide for Insta-SPIN-FOC. The GUI identifies the motor, but when we try to make it spin, the motor does nothing.
Here is a screenshot of our results when trying to make the motor spin.
