Hi Renan, 

The continuous operating power capability varies between application and pcb but when thermals are properly managed we see customers maxing out this device at about 80W of power. 

For higher power applications (like 133W) we recommend using our MCT8329A (external FETs) which can support the higher continuous operating power.

For the best thermal performance please reference the Layout Guidelines section of the datasheet as well as Thermal Considerations section for optimal performance. See below:

Currently the MCT8329A is out of stock, do we have other suggestion for this application (for 133W 36V continuous power running) currently on stock?
