DRV8846EVM: GUI error

Part Number: DRV8846EVM

Hi Team,

Our customer bought DRV8846EVM evaluation module. When he ran the GUI, he encountered an error as shown in the screenshot below. He tried with three different computers using Windows XP, 7 and 10 with the same error. What could be the cause of this issue?
