Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MOTORWARE, C2000WARE, DRV8316,
Hi,
I´m trying to test the DRV8316EVM with the Launchpad F280049C. The purpose is to rotate a BLDC motor. I have downloaded the CCS and I also tried the DRV8316EVM Universal GUI but i have a few problems:
1.- I´m looking for an example that is suitable with the devices I talked before and is for BLDC motors. I downloaded MotorWare and C2000Ware but I´m not sure that the examples that provide the software are suitable with my devices or not. Could you tell me which of those examples are compatible? In case they are not, Could you provide me one?
2.- The other problem is with the GUI. On the DRV8316EVM´s user guide, in section 6.1, there is and screenshot where we can see 2 tabs: DRV8316 SPI and InstaSPIN-FOC, but when i go into that page, i only have the InstaSPIN_FOC tab, so i can´t see the DRV8316 registers (I attach my screenshot so u can see the difference between mine and the datasheet one).
