My customer is tend to select BLDC motor driver in their project.

I am not familair with the application. Would you mind giving me some advice on the selection?

Could the DRV8316 can be applied on the motor?

    Thank you for posting this question! For the DRV8316, our usual guidance is that the device can produce up to roughly 40 W, and since the max power point of the motor listed about is around 18.3 W, it looks like the motor is within the expected range. Additionally, the motor driver has a peak current limit of 8 amps, which should be enough given the stall current listed for the motor. Could you confirm the system voltage which the customer wants to drive the motor with? That will help me confirm if this motor driver is ideal for the project.

    The system voltage is 9-18V.
