    Lawrence,

    Looks OK, but I don't see any bulk capacitance on your VM lines.  Is this capacitance somewhere else in your system?

    Also, if you plan to do BCI (bulk current injection), we recommend a 22nF-100nF capacitor be placed on the outputs near the motor connector.  One per output and connected to GND.
