Hi Yesaiahu,

Since we do not know the system-level requirements, we suggest looking at the DRV8350F and DRV835xM devices (DRV8353M for example) and checking if they meet the system-level requirements. The DRV835xM devices offer an extended temperature range over the other DRV8350F devices.
