Hi Team,
Customer would like to know where is the output control external device interface on the chip DRV8662?
Best regards,
Annie

Hi Annie,
I'm not sure I understand the question. What is the customer trying to achieve with an output interface? The DRV8662 has no control over other devices.
Best regards,
Jeff McPherson
Hi Jeff,
The customer found that this product seems to be unable to use the same ceramic chip as a signal output and as a signal input. Signal input and output require different devices.

Annie
Hi Annie,
The customer wants to take the output of the DRV8662 to drive a load, and then use that load to drive the input of the same DRV8662?
Thank you,
Hi Jeff,
The customer needs to control the output when a force is applied to the piezoceramic piece, and at the same time send a signal back to the piezoceramic piece to make it vibrate.
Best regards,
Annie
Hi Annie,
I understand. Our drivers act essentially like amplifiers, so the part controls the electrically induced vibrations, but it will have no control over the electrical output of the piezo element from a mechanical stimulus.
