Hi Team,

When the DRV8353S is powered on, when the input INHA, INHB, and INHC are all low, the output GHA and SHA are all 24V. After removing the high mos tube on the A side, the GHA is still 24V. How to resolve it?

After adding PWM wave to INHA, the value of GHA increases slowly from 24V, but SHA remains unchanged at 24V. But if the SHA is always 24V, the motor will always have voltage, customer would like to know how to control it?

Hi Team,

Both INLA and INHA are 0. Shouldn’t the high-side and low-side MOS tubes be off? That is, both GHA and GLA should be low.

Hi Annie,

Thank you for your question! This is due to the gate driver's high side floating gate architecture. When GHx and GLx are both turned off, SHx 'floats' as there is no low impedance path to ground. Please let me know if this answers your question.
