According to the feedback from the customer, this chip cannot be soldered.

Apply a flux to the board, use heat to blow the air, and adjust the temperature to 250 degrees. In this case, the chip will automatically reset and straighten, but the customer has failed. The soldering temperature is not specified in the specification. There is no apparent oxidation problem seen at the pins.

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

Soldering these packages has generally not been an issue for this product. Here is some QFN soldering advice from TI.com that the customer should try: https://e2e.ti.com/blogs_/b/powerhouse/posts/qfn-soldering-tips-and-tricks.

Could the customer provide an image of the failed solder job on their PCB? It is difficult to tell any damage or blemishes from the provided picture.
