On the ULC1001 product page, there is a box titled "Important note" where you can request additional resources for ULC1001 including the full ULC1001 data sheet, EVM user guide, and the ULC1001 GUI that will contain the register map.

We do not currently have a document for ULC1001 with a register map like the one you provided, but the ULC1001 GUI provides a register map plus a register description.
