DRV8705-Q1: MOS burned when DRV8705-Q1 output short to GND first and then drive the MOS

Hi team,

My customer is using our DRV8705-Q1.

And they find if DRV8705-Q1 output short to GND first and then drive to open the high side MOS, the MOS will burned to broken.

And when they use DRV8705-Q1 to open the high side MOS first and then short the output to GND, the MOS will operate normally.

Could you please kindly help check the cause & how to avoid?
