MCT8316Z: SENSORED BLDC MOTOR DRIVER

Part Number: MCT8316Z
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC3625, DRV8306

Hello,

I need to drive BLDC in four quadrant (Negative speed & positive Torque), which I can  achieve using "DIR" & "BRAKE" pin.  But In the MCT8316 datasheet there is note it says   "During the brake operation, a high-current can flow through the low-side FETs which can eventually trigger the over current protection circuit. This allows the body-diode of the high-side FET to conduct and pump brake energy to the VM supply rail. "

So how we can prevents this if we are using MCT8316 driver ? Any idea ?

Thanks.
