Hi Kyle Wolf
The drive output is connected to the 2A fuse in series and then to the three-phase motor, which works normally. When the fuse is changed to 1A, the fuse is burned, and the three-phase bridge of the driver has one upper tube failure and two lower tubes failure. The POWER1 POWER2 POWER3 POWER in the schematic diagram is interconnected and the supply voltage is 186VDC
One of the manifestations,The short circuit between pin 46 of the U9 and the source measured its resistance at only 3.5 ohms.
second,The 53 pin output level of U4 is 0V, and this script should output a 5V level to supply the optocoupler
Can you help me analyze what the problem is, please
Best,
haricky
Hi Haricky,
I understand the device failure now. I have another question, what is tube referring to?
Best,
Kyle Wolf
Hi Haricky,
I am working on this, I will follow up this coming week.
