LMG3422 is used for motor drivers

hello every!

The three-phase bridge circuit designed based on LMG3422 chip adopts DSP output PWM signal to control the on-off of the three-phase bridge circuit. The set dead zone time is 200ns. Three safety tubes are connected in series in the motor loop, and the nominal value is 2A. When the fuse was replaced with 1A, LMG3422 was burned, two lower tubes and one upper tube were burned, and a total of three LMG3422 were burned, which were the power supply part of the logic circuit, that is, VDD, and the short-circuit resistance was measured to be about 15 ohms. Please help analyze the cause: Why does the LMG3422 burn when replacing the small fuse
