I need DRV8434S spice model or equivalent model from DRV series for simulation activities.

Kindly suggest.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no IBIS or SPICE model for the DRV8434S or any other similar device. Can the simulation/test be done on an evaluation board?

Thanks for your feedback. I ordered DRV8434S EVM board for real time simulation & testing activities.

It will be great if TI release IBIS or SPICE model ASAP.
