Hello, how is Rhold calculated? given: Rsence = 2 ohms, Ihold = 65mA, Ipeak = 200mA .
I review the calculation in the datasheet, and it not sinking in.
thanks

Hi Allen,
RHOLD can be calculated from the formula below:
RHOLD = VREF/(IHOLD x RSENSE)
Using the given values for VREF = (1 Ohm)(150 mA)(66.67 kOhm), and the values you provided, the following calculation can be made for RHOLD.
RHOLD = ( 1 Ohm x 150 mA x 66.67 kOhm ) / ( 65 mA x 2 Ohm)
RHOLD = 76.962 kOhm
I hope this resolves the issue.
Best,
David
