Part Number: DRV8305

My customer is using DRV8305 to make a motor drive, and now I have the following problems, please help to analyze these  problems, thnaks.
1. When the MCU outputs PWM to DRV8305 and the motor is not connected, the chip temperature reaches 85°C, is this normal?
2. When the customer connects the motor, the drive PWM is 20Khz. DRV8305 will produce smoke, the chip is overheated and damaged? Please help to check the customer's schematic diagram and PCB.

3. The gs level of the high-side MOS tube should be GH-SH, the orange one below is why there is a step on its falling edge?
