DRV8262: DDV package with high current discontinued?

I'm unable to find the DDV packages with higher current capability for both DRV 8262 and DRV 8962. Are they discontinued?

Also, which part is more suitable for driving a single Brushed DC motor at 65V, maximum current 20A.

Hey Vikas,

The DDV packages will be released very soon. They are not discontinued, just haven't been released yet.

For a brushed DC motor the DRV8262 is better since you don't need individual half-bridge control. For 20A it does look like you'd need the DDV package of DRV8262, since even in parallel mode DDW tops out at 16A.

Thanks for the quick reply and the clarification. Is there a tentative date for the release of the DDV package so that we can plan accordingly. Is there a way we can procure samples soon?
