DRV8243-Q1: DRV8243 cannot switch from sleep to standby mode

Part Number: DRV8243-Q1

Hi

Our customers are unable to transition the chip from sleep to standby mode when using DRV8243.

Based on the above questions, I asked the client to consider four aspects and provided the following responses:

1. Our SPI format is correct. Previously, we read out the value of the register that was written in, and the data written in and read out is consistent. Additionally, we read DEVICE_ The value of the ID register corresponds to the value in the data manual; The data sequence for sending SPI is as follows:

0x0819, 0x0A10, 0x0B00, 0x0C40, 0x0D04, 0x081A

2. According to the timing chart, we have extended the wake-up time to over 1ms (the time from nSleep to the first frame SPI sending is 1.128ms), at which point the VM voltage value is 11.75V, much greater than VMpor_ The maximum value of rise is 3.9V, and the corresponding timing chart is as follows:

3. We have been powering on multiple times, but the nFault pin has not been raised (we are in the initialization process of powering on and have not yet involved state switching during operation)

4. Our external circuit has been pulled up to 5V, but we still cannot raise the nFault pin.

Here we found After the CLR_ FLT command is issued, the POR fault code cannot be cleared. This clue is for your reference only.

Please provide a solution as soon as possible to address the issue of DRV8243 being unable to enter standby mode from sleep mode?

Thank you!
