ULC1001-DRV290XEVM: After updating the ULC1001_GUI, the connection to the GUI is no longer possible.

Hi,

After updating the ULC1001_GUI, the connection to the GUI is no longer possible. There is no hardware problem, as the connection was normal in the previous version.
- GUI Rev 2.3.6
- USB2ANY firmware version ver 2.8.2.0

Can you give us any advice? Incidentally, the same problem occurred in the previous version, but a firmware update of USB2ANY solved this problem.

Hi Conor,

Are you getting any pop up errors when you open the GUI? Also, ensure that "Demo Mode?" in the top right corner is not checked.

Hi Sydney Northcutt,

No, no pop-up error is displayed. Demo Mode is also selected, as shown below.

USB2ANY version v2.8.2.0. If a higher version than this is required by the new GUI, we would appreciate receiving the USB2ANY firmware update installer.

It seems that I had mistakenly set it to demo mode. I removed the demo mode checkmark and it works fine. Thanks for the advice.
