VM is about 12V and current is about 0.3-0.4 A. I suppose the thermal resistance is simulated based on JEDEC 2s2p condition, so the real thermal resistance is different from the D/S value. But I think it's too big to flow above current.

There are calculations in the datasheet. Unfortunately, we have no dedicated calculator.
