The application schematic mentions usage of a 470nF capacitor between CPH and CPL terminals.
What will be the impact of increasing this value. The range I am interested in is from 470nF to 1uF.

Hi Rahul,
Thank you for your question! The 470nF capacitor value was the value that was determined to be the best value based on the charge pump design, therefore I would not recommend changing the value. This capacitor is used to replenish the charge pump cap, so increasing the capacitor value will increase the time it will take to charge up the capacitor, as well as increase the inrush current. The 470nF value was chosen to be the optimal value for the CPH-CPL cap. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to your FAE to discuss further. Since this device is covered by NDA, that limits what can be discussed on public E2E.
