Does the DRV8329 have the capability to directly drive a low inductance motor (~20 uH)? If not, is there a graceful workaround to be able to solve this issue, beyond adding extra inductors to increase the load inductance?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Brian,
As long as the PWM frequency of the driver is kept high enough to minimize current ripple while balancing power losses, the DRV8329 should be able to drive a 20uH low inductance motor. The recommended max PWM frequency is 200kH, but I would caution to calculate the necessary parameters/requirements for your motor first.
Let me know if I can provide any additional info or clarity.
Best Regards,
