Hi Team,
The customer is wondering why the below 2 designs are not included in the recommended design of the datasheet and the development board:
1) The gate resistor provides a low-resistance bleed-off path for the shutdown current and reduces the turn-off time.
2) A parallel resistor between the GS poles of MOS provides a path for the discharge of the GS junction capacitance and prevents false turn-on.
Could you please help check this case? Thanks.
Best Regards,
Cherry
