VVM: V
ILOAD: A
fPWM: kHz
SR: V/us
PSW: W

Based on the above, I calculated with DRV8244-Q1 (VQFN-HR, with PWM, DC)
13.5 x 4 x 20 x 13.5/23 = 633.9 W
Is my calculation correct?
Hi Ryo-san,
The frequency is in kHz and the slew rate is V/us so the switching losses should be much less.
Psw = ((13.5V)(4A)(20kHz)(13.5V)) / (23V/us) = 0.6339W
