Hi Team,

The customer would like to make sure if DRV8323 still can be used if the voltage input pins do not match the bus voltage of the 3-phase inverter bridge? Thanks.

    Hi Cherry,

    The DRV8323 is not recommended to be used that way since it has a single-supply voltage architecture and not split-supply, like DRV835x family. VM being too different from VDRAIN may also result in VGS monitoring faults.
