Dear support team,
I am looking for a smart MOSFET driver for our H-bridge topology. The gate driver shall work with DC voltage up to 80-100V (or be isolated), monitors V_DS (in range of 100-300mV) and has UVLO at 10V (ideally programmable). Optionally, the gate driver shall further measure temperature with external NTC, and provide integrated amplifiers for current sensing.
I have found DRV8353, which provides the functionality (except for the temperature measurement), but the driver does not provide temperature measurement and has 3 half-bridge drivers, which is redundant (we need 2). I would be curious if there was a shrinked version with a signle half-bridge driver, or an H-driver.
