The motor stall is determined by TRQ_count. For the first time the customer use 1/8 step to drive the motor, stall detection is good. While the noise is a little loud so use 1/32 step instead. The same voltage, same current, and the same speed of the screw motor have been measured, leading to a much improved noise. However, TRQ_count always gives a feedback of 0x00, making it impossible to determine stall.
Could you help check what could be the possible cause and how to fix it? Thanks.
