Hi TI,

I can find the PSpice Model for DRV8701 E, but for my application DRV8701 P PSpice Model is required. Can you provide the Model?

    Hi Arun,

    We have the following models available for the DRV8701. Other models including the requested DRV8701 P version are not available. Are you needing this for device evaluation purpose? Our suggestion would be to use a DRV8701EVM, https://www.ti.com/tool/DRV8701EVM with the end application motor connected to it and corresponding supply voltage for a fully correlated evaluation experience. Thanks.
