Hello,

For a voltage range of 18-75V is there a load switch that we can use to remove the VDRAIN voltage in the case of safety events?

Something similar to TPS1H000, but with a higher max input voltage .

Hi Najma,

We do not have an integrated high side switch that works up to 75V. Our highest voltage integrated HSS is TPS1HTC30-Q1 which is compatible only to 60V DC.

I would recommend looking at our high side switch controller portfolio as TPS4811 may be useful here:
