Sorry you are facing issues getting the samples of this device. After you placed the samples order did you get an email asking you to "accept or decline your sample order" in addition to the order confirmation email and you accepted it clicking "Accept" with the hyperlink in that email? I've noticed sometimes this email gets filtered into spam folder. Just wanted to make sure you completed the process by clicking on the "Accept".  

I checked the samples website and confirmed free samples are still available. You may want to place a free sample request again. Thanks.

Well I'm pretty sure I clicked everything - nothing in spam folder. I received yhis:
"Your order is currently being processed and you will receive a second email with shipping details"

but I never received the shipping details.

Should I raise a new suppport request?

Yes that may be the way to go then. Because the samples support are handled by another organization, e-store related. We're product technical support.

Your sample department didn't like my web site - "suspicious activity", sounds a bit woke to me. So they refuse to let me have samples, which is a great pity as I was looking forward to trying out the current mirror featuire to get current monitoring.
