For OCP, the deglitch time is not adjustable. That is the time for which the overcurrent has to last to trigger the fault. In the second part of the question, you are referring to current regulation. Here is a good resource explaining the difference:
There is t_blank time where the current sense circuitry is disabled. It is 25 us. How long does your inrush last ?
