Hi,

Good day.

May I confirm the MSL for this PN#DRV8212PDSGR? If it is MSL 1 or 2?

As the MSL was stated on the MFG label is 2 but the TI's website or datasheet stated is 1.

Please review and advise.

Hey Kent,

I recommend following the MSL level on the device label, so in this case Level 2. The level can differ from datasheet specs depending on the location the DRV device was produced.

Can you post a picture of the label saying level 2?

Please treat this as MSL 2. You can take a look at this app note to learn more about TI's MSL ratings and process - MSL Ratings and Reflow Profiles

Note if you purchase more of the device that was manufactured more recently it will be upgraded to MSL 1. The devices you have will work 100% fine.
