Hi team,
I saw the PWM pin has pull high to VCC of DRV10964 function block. So When power on and the fan will auto speed up?
But my customer does no use PWM signal. can not auto speed up the fan.

Hi Jimmy Wang,
I think always high (Duty is 100% ) is not recognized at startup without seeing a transition. Let me confirm this and we may have to see a method to delay speed pin pulling high. Please give me a daytime I will get back to you.
Thanks and Best Regards,

Hi Jimmy Wang,
The PWM duty cycle should be less than 100% commanded. In the default case since VCC is pulled high it is 100%
I will check what is maximum duty condition when device accepts speed command. Please provide a week time for me to confirm.
Thanks and Best Regards,

Hi Jimmy Wang,
I do not have update on this yet, I will keep you updated. Meanwhile, as per above mentioned reason (data sheet snap), the timing specification shows duty cycle to be greater than 0% and less than 100% for motor to goto run state. By how much is the data I will find and update you.
Thanks and Best Regards,

Hi Jimmy Wang,
Please confirm if this data sheet information clarifies that Duty should be > 0% and less than 100% . Device requires an edge transition.
