DRV8306: The output is always at Align

Hi Team,

The output is always in the state of the "Align" with enable and PWM normal input. The following circuit is designed by the customer and the output state cannot be changed, regardless of the state of the Hall sensor, and is always "Align".

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

Hi Cherry,

Just to confirm, could you use an oscilloscope or DMM to measure the voltage of the HPx pins and check that the hall signals are going into the DRV8306 correctly when the motor is spun?

Thank you for the support.

It can be confirmed that the signal from the Hall sensor is correctly passed into the DRV8306 while the motor is spinning.

The HPx waveform was previously measured with an oscilloscope, and normal Hall signals are received when the motor is manually turned, corresponding to the order of Table 2 signals.

Hi Cherry,

Could I be provided two captures when the motor is stuck in the align state:

HPx signals measured as close to the DRV8306 pins as possible along with Hall Power?
GHA and GLA signals along with VM and the input PWM?
