MCT8315EVM: Unusual behaviour of the rising floating phase

Part Number: MCT8315EVM

Hi, I'm optimizing the startup bevavior of my bldc motor and during the startup with high load I saw this unusual behavior of the rising floating phase.

Why is the rising floating phase sometimes longer than the expected commutation period specified by the startup ramp parameters A1 and A2?

What is the advantage of the extended commutation period and how is it determined?

Thank you for the support.

Best regards

Marco
