When the DRV8143H-Q1EVM is connected to power, the D2 LED continues to blink.
The jumper settings are as shown below.
When the nFault jumper (J4, 9-10) is opened, the D2 LED turns off.
I understand that nFault operates in Active Low when there is a problem with the DRV8143H-Q1.
Even though the power supply and load connection are performed properly, the D2 LED blinks.
What settings are causing the D2 LED to keep blinking?

It looks like the firewall settings of your network is preventing download of the Runtime program. To overcome this please download the Runtime installer to your computer first using this link, https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/non-esd/gui_composer/runtime/gcruntime-12.0.0-windows-installer.exe.
Then choose "Install from file" and point to the downloaded installer when you reach the below popup during installation of the main app. This should resolve the issue. Thanks.

I installed it as you suggested and the nFault LED blinking problem disappeared.
However, even if you configure the pin status of DRV8143 as shown below, it does not work properly.
nSLEEP=high, DRVOFF=Low, IN=PWM 10KHz

What settings are causing the PWM output to not work?

I assume the two LEDs shown within the red circle below were solid on and the motor was connected between the red and black plugs as shown. If you could see if the test point for IN show a PWM in the oscilloscope you should be able to see the same PWM output on the red socket as well. I do not see any issues with the jumper settings based on the image of the EVM. I am unable to see the connection status at the bottom of the GUI capture image. I assume it stayed connected while you were doing this tests. You can try disconnecting and reconnecting again and wake up the device from sleep.
There is one more test you could do by moving the push button jumper like below without involving the GUI. Now if you press the push button once the motor should run with 25% duty cycle. Pressing the button again will revert the device back to sleep state - assuming the GUI was connected in sleep state or even if no GUI was connected. After doing this test you can move the push button jumper to the default position where the push button will do an MCU reset.

Is the red fault LED D2 on? Ensure the highlighted conditions in the below snippet are satisfied. Motor VM must be > 4.5 V.
Also make sure the IPROPI and ITRIP jumpers are populated. The default setting is as shown below.
If all these are correct and you still have no output I suspect the EVM may be damaged. Every EVM is tested at the factory for proper operation before packaging and sent to inventory. If you suspect a damaged EVM please return it to the vendor you purchased it from and get a replacement. Sorry that you are facing this issue. Thanks.

I checked the EVB's U1 pin again.
The status of each pin is as follows.
Even if the status of "Table 8-3 control tabe" in the datasheet was satisfied, U1 did not work.
In this situation, you said the EVB is damaged. Can I get it to work if I just replace U1?
