BOOSTXL-DRV8323RS: BOOSTXL-DRV8323RS

Part Number: BOOSTXL-DRV8323RS

While spinning a BDLC motor in 1x PWM mode, I keep getting a "VOLTAGE" fault in the GUI window (where the speed and direction is set), which causes the motor to stop. To be clear, this is NOT an Overvoltage, Undervoltage, Gate Drive or Charge Pump fault.

Though this VOLTAGE fault is set in the GUI window, none of the bits in the registers (setup tab) is set... making it difficult to see which parameter(s) or signal(s) is causing the fault. The fault appears to be random, as it sets/clears itself, causing the motor to spin/stop accordingly. Note, the motor does spin, and I'm able to increase the speed... then the fault would occur.

I've tried adjusting the Vm from 20 - 40Vdc, but this has no impact. I've changed the PWM frequency, but no impact. I've adjusted the Gate Drive current on the HS and LS MOSFETS, with no success. I've changed the direction of rotation, but the fault still occurs. I've looked thru the list of signals/parameters in the datasheet (DRV8323RS) that would cause this particular fault to be set, but was unable to find any reference... especially since it's not included in the nFault register list.

Can you point me in the right direction of the things that would cause this fault to occur?
