I apologize for the long delays due to the end of year/holidays.

Can you tell what voltage the EVM is operating at? Can you collect waveforms of the lowside and highside gate voltages when operating the device at the voltages of 6V, 8V, 10V, and 12V? The gate-driving current capability of VGLS is dependent on the supply voltage, VM, and appears to be decreasing either to external capacitance or another internal factor of the VGLS internal regulation. 

Does this decrease occur on all three phases of the driver?
