Hello Application Team,

Are there any restrictions to use the outputs of a DRV8245 in independent mode when one load is connected HighSide and the other LowSide?

    Hello Heinrich,

    While in independent mode the two half-bridges are separate. There is one caveat though. One IPROPI is shared between the two half-bridges. And current sensing is available only for the low side load. So Itrip and associated functionality with IPROPI will be available only for the half-bridge that will have low side load. For the bridge with high side load IPROPI does not sense current. Thanks.
