DRV10987EVM: GUI stucks on startup page

Hi Team,

It stays in this interface after running DRV109xx EVM. Even if customer right-clicks and runs with administrator rights, the same thing will happen. The DRV10987EVM he purchased includes USB2ANY. Currently, when running USB2ANY Explorer, he can normally click 3.3V to power on, power off, and turn the device on and off.

The 32bit labview runtime 2014 installed by 64-bit win7 SP1 is installed in the same path of DRV10987EVM C:\program files (86)\

Change to desktop:

win7 sp1 64bit
Memory 8G
main frequency 3.5G

--> The installed 32bit labview runtime 2014 is available

notebook:

win7 sp1 64bit
I5
low voltage version
1.8G memory
4G

-> The software is installed the same way, but it doesn’t work

Could customer use DRV109xx EVM in win10? After all, desktop computer is inconvenient to use.

Hi Annie,

I believe all the packages are installed properly. In case if any package compatibility, please try below procedure again.

The DRV10xx GUI software is only compatible with LabVIEW Run-Time Engine 2014.

Please download the 2014 Run-Time Engine from the link below: www.ni.com/.../download.labview.html

Note, the 2014 Run-Time Engine is compatible with Windows 10. Please uninstall the DRV10xx GUI Software, then install the 2014 Run-Time Engine, and finally, reinstall the DRV10xx GUI software.
