DRV8714-Q1: GBW of internal shunt

Hi,

I am working with a customer trying to make use of inline current sensing amplifier inside DRV8714 for continuous current sensing. The GBW specification of the shunt amplifier was not available in the datasheet. Please can you share this information with me?

Hi,

Thank you for your questions. DRV8714-Q1's current sense amp is designed for motor driver current measurement. Therefore, we do not have SPEC for GBW. Normally used ~20KHz PWM motor current measurement or slower motor current. This amplifier can support ~20KHz PWM ripple measurement.
