Hello,

Could you please suggest smart gate driver IC for BLDC Motor which takes the input from HALL Sensor and controls the PWM for a three phase inverter .

IGBT Driving IC with capability of driving a three phase motor having DC link voltage of 270V and load 5A.

    Hi Asha,

    The DRV8320H has this feature. It does not really have a good gate driver, so you should buffer them with something that can survive higher transient voltages, like a half-bridge driver like UCC27712. I was able to run a 70V eBike with this method.
