Customer used DRV8353FHRTAR. The voltage is 48V (currently debugging 32V). FOC algorithm:
Design the motor pre-drive module according to the circuit module. But when the device is enabled and 6 complementary square waves are given to the pre-driver chip, the pre-driver chip reports Fault instantly. At the same time, the temperature of the pre-drive chip rises sharply in an instant and is damaged. The MOS model IPT015N10N5ATMA1 in the picture, as well as the MOS model BSC034N06NS replaced and verified, will have the same problem.
