    Hi Jimmy,

    Yes it can replace it functionally. Keep in mind the DRV8711 operating voltage is 8 V to 52 V. The L6482HTR is VSREG to 85 V. The DRV8711 functionally more advanced, with up to 256 microsteps, stall detection. DRV8711 uses external MCU for motion profile vs. L6482HTR has built in.
