DRV8262: Single direction peltier driving

You mentioned, "My question is, for single direction peltier operating , is it reasonable to use DRV8262? Is it better to use a simple voltage feedback buck converter?(Voltage feedback controlled by MCU PWM)". TI has several options for driving a TEC. That said, driving a TEC with the DRV8262 is also an option. The internal current regulation and current sensing can be leveraged for a standalone closed loop TEC current regulator as well as support bidirectional operation. If only unidirectional drive is needed, the DRV8962 can be considered.
